I started this website 10 years ago, the web in its infancy, marveling at how quickly information of every genre and variety can be exchanged around the world..I thought of my site as of the educational variety. I left a few links on as a vestige to that way of thinking...Even updated them a bit with, to my mind some interesting videos...Today, I'm more into entertainment than instruction...Maybe I'll write a Screenplay...That would be Fun...Make people laugh, Make people cry. I'm working on two: One called the Ship's Whore.."That's me...what I have to do to get crew"..The other.."A Grander View...an eclectic idealized crew of ne'er do wells sailing around the World"
As I sit serenely here, on my boat, in a Mexican marina, fat dumb and happy, in my aft cabin, at my fingertips, wireless Internet, cable TV, with English and or Spanish subtitles...learning the language, watching football... .02 cent per minute onboard telephone service to the US,... life couldn't be simpler or more agreable, this December 31st 2007... with a mind-set of creating a new site direction... that it shall become void of any principle or philosophy...that it shall become a product of shallow empirical thinking and experience...The only thing I'm interested in, from my years of experience on planet earth...today... is maybe sailing, definately having a good time...nothing much else. People come and go, and memories are NOT to be treasured...They crowd out today's wonders and lessons, can compromise health, and shorten life with associated guilt, resentment, false sentiment and idealism. Thanks to my new Spanish friends, I've changed my name..I'm now the marinaro known as Tomas.. "If you don't agree with this philosophy ..who cares"...Life's to short. Wallow in the past.

If you read this far, my current intention is to have fun writing and taking pictures for the site, in the panoramic places that my vessel endeavors sailing to. "The triumphs and the failures". I posted a few pictures of my present location...I'm knocked out by U tube capabilities, particularly since all my links have always been associated with music. In addition, I posted some of these interesting U-Tube videos which I particularly like and feel enhances the links. I might get a video camera and start making my own; but for now, it's time to sail to Panama.
